Every December thousands of hopeful kids send letters to Santa Claus. But sometimes the North Pole gets so busy that Santa needs help fulfilling everyone’s Christmas wishes. No need to worry, the United States Postal Service steps up to lighten the load with Operation Santa and Dana Binfet is here to explain how this program got its start.
