Democrats held a buzzy fundraiser on March 28 for President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign and the event was right here in the Big Apple. Former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton were on stage, lending their support. Stars including Anna Wintour and Lizzo also made appearances.
The campaign said they raised a whopping $25 million, marking a historic moment in the Democrats’ campaign history.
Reporter Cecilia Blotto went to see what New Yorkers were willing to pay to support the president, but she found they’d rather support his opponent instead.
