Coney Island’s Luna Park is staying open this winter for the first time in its history.
The amusement park’s “Frost Fest” started on Nov. 18 and is set to run through the holiday season, closing on Jan. 7. But, will anyone be interested in rides and boardwalk fun when it’s cold outside?
